WHO CAN USE THE AQUA PARK?

The Adventure Dock Co is a monstrous amount of fun for individuals, friends, families, groups, kids, adults and thrill seekers. Kids must be 6 and over

DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE?

We highly recommend that you pre-book online. We have a limited capacity and do not want you to be disappointed.

DO I HAVE TO BE PHYSICALLY FIT TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE?

There are plenty of user-friendly features and our amazing neptune steps make life super easy to get from the water onto the aqua park. You will need to be prepared to get wet, fall in, balance on some features and climb and negotiate around obstacles. You should be moderately fit to take part.

WHAT ARE THE AGE LIMITS?

You must be aged 6 or above (please note that 6 & 7 year olds must be accompanied by an adult). There is no upper age limit. Children aged between 8 and 15 must have an adult (over 18) sign their terms & conditions.

WHERE CAN I STORE MY POSSESSIONS?

We have lockers on site for participants to store their belongings. Please note that there is a limited number of lockers, and will be on a first come first serve basis. Please bring your own padlock, or purchase one at reception for £5.00

ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS?

There are basic changing facilities on site, however, there will be a limited amount, so please be prepared to wait or change on the dock. Our facilities will include a family changing area and disabled changing room.

ARE THERE TOILETS AND SHOWERS ONSITE?

We don’t have access to showers, so treat your trip like a day out to the beach – bring a towel and swimming trunks / costume with you. Be prepared to get wet, dry yourself and get changed again. The closest public toilets are at Albert Dock and less than 175m away.

HOW LONG WILL I BE AT THE PARK FOR?

The total time on The Adventure Dock Co experience will be 1 hour, which includes a 10 minute dryland safety brief. You will need 30 minutes before your session to sign in and get ready, then your play time is 1 hour and that is followed by approximately 15 mins to get changed.

DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SWIM?

You need to be able to swim 25m on your own to be allowed on our aqua park.
